Drip Drop Nails!!

I got this idea from Google.com. While i was looking on Google for some ideas i saw all the drip drop designs didn't have any sparkle or anything that made each of them unique. They all had a neon color with black drip drop design. So even though i liked how that looked i decided to put sparkles on the drip drop to make them stick out more. For my design you can use white but it doesn't stick out as much and you can't really see the sparkles.
Colors You Will Need:
1. 5 Neon Colors
2. (Design Brush) Black (or Regular Brush)
3. Silver Sparkles
