Glitter Nails!! (Tips for Tips Project)

Obviously this is not my hand , this is my friends hand. She is a giver to my Tips for Tips Project! Thanks Mandy for your donation. The sisters will appreciate it! Colors You Will Need:
1. Any blue that isn't to dark to see the glitters.
2. 2 Different Clear with sparkles.
3. (optional) Clear to get that smooth feel on your nails.
