Blue w/ Silver Swirl Nails!!!!!

This design is perfect for private school rules! I got this idea from one of my old posts called Orange & White Twist w/ Gems. But i changed up the colors and i added a nice flower on the engagement fingers! I personally love this design because it is elegant but not boring! Also because it is aloud in school! :)Colors You Will Need:1. Light Blue (NOT DARK)2. Silver 3. White (Design Brush or Nail Art Pen)4. Sparkly Silver (Design Brush or Nail Art Pen)
